Projectmanager

Due to our continuous growth, we are always looking for experienced project managers to strengthen our various teams.

As a project manager, you will have full responsibility for one or more construction sites. This can include renovation, restoration, complex new construction, or a combination of all three.

The sites are located throughout Flanders but are divided into different regions. This way, projects are assigned based on your place of residence.

Your role

• You prepare the dossiers and develop the planning and strategy.
• Additionally, you are responsible for purchasing and contacting and securing suitable subcontractors.
• Together with the site manager, you lead the site meetings.
• You handle the administrative follow-up and post-calculation of your sites.
• You are responsible for directing and coaching foremen, site managers, and subcontractors.
• You ensure compliance with quality and safety on your sites.

• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a Master's in Construction.
• You have several years of relevant work experience. Experience in restoration/renovation is not a must.
• You are down-to-earth and get along well with people.
• You have a flexible attitude and are a born organizer. Additionally, you are a motivated and enthusiastic team player.
• You have a driver's license B.
• You are Dutch-speaking but also speak some French.
