Project Manager – Tournai Region
About the job
As a Project Manager, you are the central point of contact for the renovation, restoration, and new construction projects in our portfolio.
You manage your projects from A to Z and are therefore responsible for their execution in all aspects.
You carry out the study and preparation of the execution file, as well as the practical organisation of your project from both a technical and administrative point of view. For this, you work closely with our site supervisors and/or team leaders.
You also consult suppliers and subcontractors and successfully conduct negotiations with future partners. Final decisions regarding critical orders are made in consultation with management.
According to a realistic schedule, you ensure the proper performance of the project and oversee the quality of the work carried out by both in-house staff and subcontractors.
You maintain a strong focus on safety across all your sites.
You work in close cooperation with the construction team, our staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Your area of activity is located in the Tournai region.
Your profile
You hold an engineering degree and have at least five years of professional experience in the construction industry.
You are motivated, open-minded, flexible, and persistent.
You have a structured and proactive mindset, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
You possess the organisational and leadership capabilities required to successfully manage projects ranging from €300,000 to €5 million.
