About the job
You will be responsible for the full project follow-up, from A to Z:
Technical coordination and supervision of HVAC projects.
Budget monitoring to ensure projects are completed on time.
Tasks include:
Analyzing the project specifications.
Preparing technical documentation.
Drafting technical drawings (execution and as-built).
Ordering materials.
Attending site meetings and reporting back to teams.
Planning and supervising project execution.
Coaching and guiding the execution teams.
Financial monitoring (preparing progress statements).
Contracting, managing, and supervising subcontractors.
Your profile
You are an entrepreneur with a critical and analytical mindset.
You have a technical degree (minimum bachelor’s level).
You have a work experience in a similar role.
You are flexible, have a positive attitude, and have strong communication skills.
You have excellent organizational abilities.
You speak fleuntly Dutch.
You hold a drivers licence B.
