Project Manager HVAC

You will be responsible for the full project follow-up, from A to Z:

• Technical coordination and supervision of HVAC projects.
• Budget monitoring to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Tasks include:
  • Analyzing the project specifications.
  • Preparing technical documentation.
  • Drafting technical drawings (execution and as-built).
  • Ordering materials.
  • Attending site meetings and reporting back to teams.
  • Planning and supervising project execution.
  • Coaching and guiding the execution teams.
  • Financial monitoring (preparing progress statements).
  • Contracting, managing, and supervising subcontractors.

• You are an entrepreneur with a critical and analytical mindset.
• You are proactive, communicative, and highly organized.
• More specifically:

  A technical degree (minimum bachelor’s level).

  First work experience in a similar role.

  Flexible, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
