Foreman

As a Site Foreman, you are responsible for:

• Daily progress, execution, and quality control on the construction site, in collaboration with the site manager.

• Leading and guiding the members of your team.

• Actively working alongside your team thanks to your hands-on mentality.

• Ensuring the site is completed on time with a high-quality finish.

• Actively maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

• Reporting directly to the site manager.

Profile we are looking for:

• You have a technical education and preferably experience in restoration and renovation.

• You are a real team player. Motivating your team and keeping them engaged comes naturally to you.

• Safety is a priority for you, and you pay close attention to it.

• You value quality workmanship and enjoy taking responsibility for it.

• You are flexible and easily adapt to moving between different sites.

• You are passionate about the construction sector and inspired by our unique renovation projects, for which you give your very best every day.
